For Highland games organizers
The right stone and hammer for every class.
Floorboard puts your flights, your stone, hammer and weight-for-distance by class, and your field setup in one place your field crew can see on their phones.
The problem
What changes between flights.
- 01
Different stones, hammers and weights for every class.
- 02
A field crew that needs to know before the flight is called.
- 03
One wrong implement means a re-throw.
Your words, our words
How Floorboard maps to your event.
Your heavy events go in using the words you already use.
| Your event | In Floorboard |
|---|---|
| Heavy events | Workouts |
| Fields | Lanes |
| Flights | Heats |
| Classes | Categories |
| Stones, hammers and weights | Equipment per category |
| Field crew | Volunteers |
BeforeBuild night
Mark out the fields, set up the throwing areas and the implement tent, and let your crew claim the jobs.
On the dayCompetition day
Enter every flight once, with the implements for every class. Your field crew sees what each field needs now and next.
What it isn't
Floorboard doesn't do registration, scoring or timing. Keep your scoring or leaderboard platform; Floorboard runs the floor next to it.
Running a competition this season?
Floorboard is invite-only while we work with our first events. Tell us about yours and we'll walk you through it.
