How it works

Everything your crew needs to know, before they ask.

From build night to the last heat: your heat sheet, lane setup and volunteer management in one shared plan.

Build board

Every task for build night, with a picture of done.

Split the venue into areas and tasks, so nobody has to ask what's left or what good looks like.

Handling board

Enter the plan once: which category runs on each lane in each heat, and what that category needs.

Floor overview

A card for every lane in the heat on the floor, on every volunteer's phone.

Dashboard

Three numbers that tell organizers where to look next.

Your crew

Volunteers join with a code, and organizers decide who gets in.

There's more to each of these. We'll show you the details in a demo, using your own event.
